Last Saturday we went hiking on Mount Sanage. Instead of climbing it up to the top, we took a trail along the Hirosawa river on the east side of the mountain.

There are seven waterfalls along the river, some are small and some huge. The sound of cold water running down the mountain was very refreshing.  The mountain it self was only 629 meters high, and the trail itself was considerably easy, but still, the ups and downs of mother nature was no joke for our untrained muscles
